Faze 1- Faze 1 is designed to bring you back to the basis of kettlebell training. Working with kettlebells is a true specialty and everyone needs to progress in a particular way to get the true benefits of this type of art. Faze1 focuses on the vintage progressions of kettlebells using all the tools we offer. Each class will center around one kettlebell essential drill to help each individual achieve mastery of the move. This class is suited for the beginner in the sense that it is the foundation of what Punch training is about. However, the intensity level of Faze 1 will challenge both the novice and the veteran.
Faze2- Faze 2 is more kettlebell specific than Faze 1 and incorporates a higher level of endurance in movement. Faze 2 includes more advanced flow drills and kettlebell combinations. Beginners should not take Faze 2 classes unless cleared by a trainer. Faze 2 begins to condition you to be prepared to take on a full Branded workout.
Brand- These classes are the Punch "branded" workouts. These results-driven and proven workouts are suitable for all levels, but participants are expected to have completed all kettlebell essentials from Faze 1 before attending. Each workout is a surprise, but you can expect to see all your favorites... Providence, Santa Monica, Fire Power, etc.
Mystery- Just as it sounds....you never know....
